The MICROMINE team was in Brisbane this week showcasing its innovative mining solutions at the 2017 Mining Resources Convention.
Around 1500 delegates and over 80 exhibitors attended the 2-day event which included a series of presentations from key resource industry experts. It provided a great networking and knowledge sharing opportunity for attendees.
Business Development Manager Lea Andlovec commented “It was a really busy couple of days at the MICROMINE booth, as we caught up with many of our key clients from around Australia. It was a great opportunity to learn a bit more about what is happening in the industry in terms of new projects. There was a lot of interest in our product which was great to see.”
MICROMINE provided clients with live demonstrations of Micromine 2016, which is an easy to use exploration and mine design solution. Micromine offers integrated tools for modelling, estimation, design, optimisation and scheduling which provide increased efficiencies throughout the mining process.
Also on display was MICROMINE’s Geobank data management solution. Geobank and Geobank mobile provide clients with a secure and flexible data management system that allows for improved validation, data management and reporting.
Product training was also a hot topic of conversation at the MICROMINE booth. “our clients are always looking for ways to gain more from the product, so it was great to show how MICROMINE can offer tailored training and support programs”.
MICROMINE also met with several University of Queensland attendees, who are excited about including Micromine into their curriculum.
There were a number of networking opportunities over the 2 days, including drinks on Tuesday evening where delegates were able to spend time together in a relaxed environment.
Thanks again to everyone that visited the MICROMINE booth throughout the 2 days.
