MICROMINE is pleased to announce the release of Geobank 2018 Service Pack 4, also known as Geobank 2018 SP4. Geobank 2018 provides a secure and flexible data management solution for mining and exploration companies and is suitable for all mining environments.
Geobank 2018 SP4 addresses a number of bugs and fixes to assist in improving the usability and functionality of the software. SP4 has been developed with the aim of enhancing the overall user experience.
Geobank 2018 SP4 includes over 60 bug fixes and minor enhancements, highlights of which are below:
- On the File Formats tab of the Sample Tracker Metadata dialog, formats can be defined for Excel files to associate cells and ranges with data required for the Receipt Process. To avoid ambiguity with Excel files containing merged cells, Geobank now displays an unmerged view of the Excel file. The file itself is not affected
- Points that lie exactly on the centre line of a Shewhart Chart are now correctly counted in the number of acceptable values in the report
- The Data View Custom Validation can now be used when the related frame has no data; this extends the range of functionality which can be configured in a Data View
- A Graphic Report can now be used as an alternative to an Advanced Report, as the custom Despatch or Receipt report
- Certain types of tasks within a macro were not waiting for the previous task to complete, this has been fixed providing a more consistent flow when running a Macro
- Fixed an error where Advanced Reports were not correctly passing parameter data to sub-reports
- The Data View Find tool now works correctly for numbers & dates
- Corrections have been made to the Depth Adjust Zoom behaviour; appropriate icons are now displayed and cleared when a Zoom tool is selected
