Diggers and Dealers 2019 : Meet the Team

Heading to Diggers and Dealers this year? The event is only days away and MICROMINE is busy preparing to #DigIntoTech.

Diggers is the preeminent event on the calendar for the Australian mining industry, with over 2000 delegates travelling to the mining capital of Australia, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia for a series of presentations from ASX listed mining and exploration companies. The event also includes an exhibition space including the latest technologies and innovations from the METS sector.

MICROMINE will again be front and centre at the event showcasing our intuitive mining solutions and providing tailored software demonstrations to attendees. We will have representatives from across our product and sales teams on hand to answer any technical questions and demonstrate how our solutions can assist your project.

	Mark Gabbitus – Micromine Product Strategy Manager A geologist by trade, Mark owns the strategy and product development for the Micromine solution and is passionate about helping clients get the most out of their mining software. Specialties – implicit modelling, 20-yard chip shots
	Ian Whitehouse – Geobank Product Strategy Manager Ian is responsible for geological data management and data capture solutions Geobank and Geobank Mobile. Ian has extensive experience in the resource industry where he has designed, developed and deployed digital technologies for mineral exploration. Specialties – machine learning in exploration, shredding the guitar
	Chris Higgins – Pitram Product Strategy Manager Chris has been with MICROMINE for over 10 years where he has held various roles within the Pitram team focusing on reporting, systems optimisation, technical support and product development. Chris now heads up our Pitram team. Specialties – technical advice and support, dominating MICROMINE’s lunch time basketball games
	Simon Moxham – Business Development Manager, Micromine/Geobank Simon is our go-to man for any Micromine and Geobank sales enquiries. Simon has over 20 years in sales, business development and client support and has been with MICROMINE since 2010. Specialties – working with clients to find the best solution, surfing
	Darren Thompson – Business Development Manager, Micromine/Geobank A geologist by trade, Darren has been with MICROMINE for over 12 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge across the Australian mining industry. 	Tyler Raleigh – Account Manager, Pitram Tyler has over 20 years’ experience in providing technical solutions to the mining industry including fleet management, mine control solutions, mine data capture, mine optimization. 	David Bartlett – Operations Manager, Micromine After many years practicing as a mine geologist, David moved across to mining software and has been with MICROMINE for over 10 years and heads up our training and support team. David is responsible for supporting Micromine users to best utilize their software and provides tailored training programs for clients. MICROMINE has been attending and exhibiting at Diggers for over a decade and the 2019 event is shaping to be one of the most exciting yet as we near closer to the release of Micromine 2020.
